A National D Visa or a TRP (Temporary Resident Permit) is required for a person to enter Schengen legitimately. The relevant Embassy of the country in which the company is located issues the National D Visa or TRP. For the duration of the visa, which can be anywhere from six months to a year, the applicant can work lawfully in the country and apply for a TRP before the expiry of the D Visa. For the duration of their temporary residence permit, the person is authorized to work for the company under TRP. This might be anything from one year to two years, depending on the country that granted the TRP.

As an agency, Novalife only ties up with reputable and established companies. We do not work with any run-of-the-mill employers that do not fulfil the conditions as promised to the candidates.

It isn’t necessary to pass a formal English language test, but you must have strong English communication skills to be employed by European companies. Generally, the UK requires candidates to pass the IELTS. Still, the ultimate requirement is dependent on the job profile.
